Head over heels about the job I did on their first bathroom, Steve and Wendy allowed me to implement their design on the master bath.

Originally, there was a large shower tucked into the widened end of the room.  All tile, fixtures, flooring and some of the sheetrock was removed to make way for the new bathroom.

The owners chose a double vanity, so water and drain pipes had to be re-located to fairly precise specifications in order to fit.  Heating duct, right of center in this picture, was installed to convey warm air to a heat register beneath the vanity.  Wiring for lighting, receptacles, and a new ventilating fan can also be seen.

Specifications called for a Kohler K-1123-LA white fiberglass tub, dual showers, and 12" tiles with a recessed shelf.

Calculations for the plumbing pipe locations worked out well.

Tile floor, cabinets, fixtures, Toto toilet, and paint complete the job.
